About me

IMG_3193Having trained with Trevor Silvestor at the internationally recognised Quest Institute in London, I am a fully qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist.

I graduated university in 2006 with a BSc in Psychology. Following graduation I began working in administration and eventually found myself pursuing a career in marketing. However, I have always felt a draw to therapy and a desire to help others overcome the issues and anxieties that so many of us live with.

Having spent some time living abroad, and overcoming some demons of my own in the process, I returned back to England and quickly discovered Cognitive Hypnotherapy and the Quest Institute. The Quest Institute introduced me to a unique and client centric form of therapy which could help people who were being held back by their own limiting beliefs, to overcome those obstacles and empower them to start to live the life they really want to live.

The most useful piece of information I have learnt through my own journey is that, we allow our lives to be dictated by the stories we tell ourselves. The problems we create for ourselves, the excuses we make for ourselves and the things we tell ourselves are impossible to achieve so there is no point in trying. What if you had the ability to rewrite that story? What if the ‘I can’t because…’ could transform into ‘I can and I will because…’ What if we could make the seemingly impossible, possible? I have rewritten my story, let me help you to rewrite yours.

I hold a Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma, I am a qualified NLP Practitioner and have completed a Cognitive Hypnotherapy and NLP Master Practitioner Programme.

I am an accredited member of the CNHC and QCHPA, both of which have a strict code of conduct and ethics of good practice policy which I adhere to.
